Book now, to reserve that memorable visit for the perfect farm themed party, field trip or group event! Featuring Hampshire County’s only Farm Fun Zone and Inflatables Park. Having opened it’s gates for the first time in 2022, this Fun Zone has it all!
Tucked away in the rural mountains of West Virginia and on a small working farm, is the area’s “first of it’s kind” outdoor play land; offering smiles for all ages!
Here you will find 4 commercial sized, farm themed bounce houses including a bouncer for the little’s, a bouncer for the big’s, a 32 ft. tall inflatable corn cob slide and a 40ft tall tractor slide. This Fun Zone also features a rope wall, climbing net and Farmer Ninja Obstacle Course. Located in the center of the 1/2 acre fun zone is Clatter Corner; a 50 ft. kid’s zip line, Hanks Hoops Farmer Ball, 2 Inflatable Axe Throwing Lanes, Cow Milker Contest, Strong Man Competition, a landscaped party pavilion, hands-on play experience and numerous games for the whole family.
Committed to comfort and ease for all; this wholesome fun on the farm area is completely fenced in, wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible and provides plenty of seating for visitors. Shaded picnic tables are centrally located; offering the perfect place for a family lunch or a quick resting spot for playing kiddos. The timber constructed 10 x 16 party pavilion sits between it all; perfect for some happy birthday signin’ and even a little cake eatin’!

(Weekdays are offered as private access / Weekends in fall are offered as shared public access) * Minimum 1 hour party pavilion reservation - Saturdays / Sundays only; minimum 3 hour party pavilion reservation - weekdays only. Reservation holders are welcome to arrive 30 min early prior to their party for setup. * Includes access to ALL attractions in Farm Fun Zone and U-Pick Pumpkin Patch (Pumpkins sold separately) * Reserved Party Pavilion located in Fun Zone includes center table and vinyl party tablecloth.
